Time for a challenge

Fitness Goals

~~Bike: Do the Elroy-Sparta trail there and back.~~
~~Bike: Ride a leisurely metric century (like a fundraising ride)~~
Bike: Ride a leisurely imperial century (see above)
~~Bike/Tri: Complete a triathlon (Danskin, or other short one)~~
Bike: Learn to competitively race, eventually get a bicycle racing license, and compete as a serious amateur. (uh, this is really-long term)
~~Running: Run for 30 45 60 minutes without stopping~~
Well, I need to set some new running goals, don't I?
Swimming: Set a baseline and goals
Weightlifting: Set a baseline and goals

Stats

Starting Weight(read: "Worst Weight Even That Wasn't During a Pregnancy"): 245

Starting Blog Weight: 234

Goal Weight: 145 -- that's 100 lbs gone!

Starting Fat %: 48%

Goal Fat %: somewhere in the high 20s

Methodology: Modified Weight Watcher's Points TM

Starting Dress Size: 18-20, XXL

Goal Dress size:10-12, M,L
